Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping on all orders. No matter where you’re located, we’ll deliver your items directly to you.


Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong. Please note that due to high demand, shipping times may take longer than usual.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests made after this time may not be accepted.
If your order has already shipped, you may still be eligible to return it for a refund.
Due to increased order volume and high demand, we recommend double-checking your order details before submitting to avoid delays.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Typically, processing takes 1–2 business days. During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once processed, your order will be shipped the next business day. Shipping generally takes 2–4 weeks due to high demand, so we recommend ordering early.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks after shipping.
This is due to high demand and international logistics, especially during sales or promotional periods. We recommend placing your order sooner rather than later to avoid delays and ensure availability.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Delays may happen during high-demand periods, but we are committed to ensuring every order is delivered or refunded.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

No. All prices shown on our site are tax-free in U.S. Dollars, and we do not charge any customs or import fees.
However, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by your country’s customs department.


How do I return an item?

We’ll provide return instructions. Items must be in original condition and unused. Please note that returns may take longer to process during high-volume periods.


What if I received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item?

If your order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, please reach out as soon as possible with your order number, a photo of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving your case and ensure you're taken care of.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your card provider, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
